I have to ask, why do people ask for translation where there are tools like 'Mtool'?

The quality of the translation is not as good. It is generally not good enough for story/dialogue heavy games. It's only enough to broadly understand what's happening which is fine for most porn games but can harm enjoyment of some more story heavy ones. MTool will also not translate images etc.

To add to the above comment Mtool can also cause porblems witht he game, and slow down your PC too.
