Are the Steam and DLSite versions different? I see the size in steam is smaller than in dlsite. Are the Steam versions many scenes eliminated?

How can you play this game? I don't understand...It's just a mess
There is no story pacing at all!
Like after prologue, first minute into the game, go to bar, start working and MC starts s*cking d*ck out of nowhere. Like WTF? Where is a story that leads to this moment? First time doing a bar job with no mentioning that it is a sexual work, and she does blowjob like it's another Tuesday.
