Okay, I have figured it out. For anyone who uses Translator++, the enlarged animated scenes happen because the program translate code MM_


After blacklist those parts, scenes seem to be working fine. Tho not sure why it decided to work really well the first time till I turn off the game, relaunch and scenes stopped being animated. It's like the game only runs correctly once every few times.

Just extract the file and overwrite the data folder. All the animated scenes should be normal again.

Edit: Some of the animations will start but will stop immediately as mentioned by lmido_mehdih . I do not know how to fix this despite that most of them will work properly.
