I got an android English version with no animation zoom bug. You can download an android emulator for PC if that bug really botter you.

Here. It's for shota village. There is the solution given by a guy. Some MM code thing. Shota one game is perfectly playable (better version and patches are posted by some guys).
Apply that on Shota island. I don't know that coding stuff.
