Okay so I downloaded the file and I’m trying to run the application but it bugs out and just closes when I open it. Does anyone know how I can fix this to play the game? I’ve also used my Japanese Locale and opened the game but it still does the same thing and bugs out.

worked fine for me, and this is on wins10 pro.


local emulators will not always work.


try going to start>control panel>region>change it to this & the local this> .
if that didn't work,
check this.

Hey, thank you for the response back. So I tried what you told me to do and fixed everything how it showed in the images you posted and I restarted my device then I tried to start the application again with Japanese Locale and still did the same thing. Tried the other things it said in the last picture like checking if my DirectPlay was on and it was. So I redownloaded it just to see if it was the file I had and same thing just happened.

Also, everytime the application bugs out, this message pops up directly after. And my device is a Windows 10 Home, so I don't know if maybe this is why it won't run.
