I got some skills in Japanese, but partially I rely on a dictionary (I use jisho.org). If you want to gain the capability to translate Japanese, my advice is to first follow easy courses like Duolingo, which is free and a good starting point. For mastering Japanese,Also some worser news, but also good news.
I was under the interpretation that this was rpgm. however it is not, it is made directly in ruby.
However I showed it directly to a friend that knows ruby, the the files seem to be able to be opened and edited directly as text files, which is nice.
Maybe this will help us find a translator easier, if someone knows ruby and japanese.

Start with kana (hiragana and katakana), after mastering these (you can do that in at least 3 days), learn the kanji via Wanikani.
If you don't want to learn Japanese, then we have to do some networking, starting with people who speak Japanese and English properly and know how to interpret from Japanese to English. Outside this forum is a yes-yes, as using 4chan is one way to get it done (ask anonymous users to interpret).
