Wolf RPG [Translation Request] The Soul of Knights

I was thinking about making an edited MTL for this, but working on princess colosseum taught me that the wolf rpg engine is absolutely horrible.
I simply wouldn't even know how to do it.
Translator++ (3.6.28_x64) is unable to write the files correctly. Things in the games randomly break regardless what you put in and I found no way of editing the ".dat" files directly. Stuff like Notepad++ just breaks and trying to load the files in the Wolf RPG editor itself just shows blank boxes.
