After a specific request, here's an edited SugoiV4 MTL for v2022.10.12.
This is not a proofread format, please do not use this for a Game-Release thread.
Huge game with weird structure, expect problems, save often.
Known issues:
Picture based text not translated. (Name plates for example)
Certain choice boxes not translated. (I don't know where they are)
\r[] lines not properly translated, they would need manual translation to make sense. (The AI fails.)
Installation:
Change your system locale to Japanese(Japan) to rule out Unicode errors. Locale Tutorial
Then you can just extract the SLRMTL to your game folder and overwrite.
If you experience a crash, game-breaking bug, or seriously broken text please post me a screenshot and a short description when it happened. Providing a save just before the problem occurs would drastically increase the speed of the fixing process.

Also anyone have a full save I swear I am completely stuck at 2 different points With Kasumi (1st character) and the Erika (3rd character)
I will screen shot the progress and explain.
With Kasumi I am at the 3rd trial with the bed (according to the guide its meant to trigger a sex scene in the bed I can't get it to trigger). I can't progress forward I spoke to the dragon and they said get stronger and battle more. The thing is no matter what spell I cast I can't get the progress bars to move forward.
With Erika I am at the town with ice and the mine and to proc the event apparently I need to do the same as above yet no matter what spell I cast I can't move my bars forward. The only spells I have are darkspear and life drain.
I have also been reading the walkthrough on this website

They don't seem to have the same problems I do so I wonder if its a glitch?
Does level matter when trying to trigger these events? I just don't understand why the bars won't go higher?

When I get a direct request, and I am not sent the latest version directly, I usually get the game from hentai-sharing or anime-sharing, and those sites have started to specify game versions by the date the patch was released on dlsite.
So like you assumed in this case that "should" be v2.03.

Thanks for making that clear I appreciate you taking the time to do this. The main reason I asked is to make sure I got the right version before reporting a potential bug as I don't want to waste your time. As detailed in my original post those are the problems I have run into and I am not sure whether it is a bug/glitch or not.

I haven't played this game, yet. So I'm not entirely sure what you mean.
What exactly is supposed to happen and when?
If you use your save on the untouched Japanese game, do the bars move as expected?

Sorry to waste your time I found the problem with Kasumi the first MC. Basically the guide I was using didn't mention you have to read the stone tablets on either side of the bed multiple times without leaving to trigger the change in the lamps which triggered the event that allowed me to finish her story.
I will leave a link to the other guide I used in case anyone else gets stuck.

I will use the new guide with Erika (3rd Mc) and let you know if the problem is still there. It is very kind of you to offer but I can tell you there are no bugs with the 1st Mc so thank you so much for doing this translation.
UPDATE I am stuck with the Erika 3rd Mc completely I think I am missing a trigger of some kind or the game is bugged. I followed the advice of both guides.
After entering the town and walking for a while, Guy will be removed from your group.
Watch Gai's event at night at a private house in the northeast while dressed as a man.
Later, after watching a scene of masturbation in the mirror of the inn at night,

I could get past that. You have to talk with Guy in the mine after the night event, dressed as a boy, event should trigger then.
If it doesn't that's weird.

Thanks for trying but I think I have already done that and I am still stuck for example I have triggered the barrier on the pass being broken down by him as shown here. As I can't see him anywhere and I think he is in the cave at this point which can only be triggered if you use a higher level of feminization to move the carts in the cave after you have triggered the masturbation scene. I can't trigger the in battle message either which leads to the masturbation scene at night. According to the guide anyway which is why I think it is an actual bug. I have finished Kasumi and I am half way through Reito so I think I must have caused an actual bug somehow.

Nope. He posted that he stopped, and left his progress. Best you got is the post on this page above that is an MTL.
Hey, just wondering if you could clue me in on a fairly trustworthy site? I usually use this one, but for these particular games, they don't appear to be shared in a thread anywhere here.

I always check hentai-sharing(.net) first and search using the DLsite code.
It tends to have the latest version of games, does actually tell you what version it is, and does not use any passwords or ad mazes.
The main issue is the slow download speed, but to me personally that's a much less important factor.
As for trustworthiness, you are still pirating porn, so you should be taking measures regardless what site you're on.
