I buy the lvl pill and try to use it but for some reason the game insist that I don't have the pill?

Is it bug?

If not, may be I just don't know when can I use the pill on which month, right?

I'm not reach the black dragon guy yet

The upgrade elixir is only level 2
Level three elixirs are not available yet
The maximum protagonist level is only 30
So your situation is normal
