regarding nuggetguy's translation: it seems that 'CommonEvents.json' is what is breaking the animations. replacing everything else seems fine.

For those of you who haven't noticed, the completed full save with gallery unlock is in the folder named おまけ that comes with the game files. Can't say much about it, I only noticed it after I cleared the entire game manually (complete save file attached below)

As mentioned by Walrusface, the official (ai) translation was released. Here's a link to download the file if you don't want to create an account for dlsite for whatever reason.
