I know its not everyone's favorite way to experience a visual novel, but I found a fan-made machine translation patch through the vndb link thats pretty ok so far, the only thing i cant figure out how to do is properly save the game instead of relying on qsave lol

I think you should just wait for sometime as Alternation is doing the MANUAL TL for this so waiting for some more time won't hurt anyone.
