No. You have to restart the quest by either loading up a previous save or start a new game.
So i decided to do Fallen Konoha ASAP and found that there aren't any skills to equip. How do i get skills for Fallen Konoha?

There's skills like poison tail, but there's also H Skills. To find them go under "skills" and click on "learn skills" You have to purchase them using items that give you skill points and to purchase the H Skills you have to complete missions and quests that give you sex titles. And you have to gather sex points to purchase them as well.
There's literally nothing there. It's all blank. I've also gotten 4 sex titles and none of them have granted availability to any H skills either. This is after a human birth, but Fallen status allows for level ups again so idk if the human birth pre-Fallen just disables everything, as i thought the Fallen state would allow for a different gameplay route.
there is a DLC that came out but i dont know if this is current enough to have it. But yes to both questions.
if you got the sec skills before going dark i noticed the sex skills get reset and to have to re-earn them. Best practice is to rush to get dark Konoha skipping most the story you can and get no points or skills towards any sex skills. you get sex skills by doing lewd thing and raising the stats the align with being a whore which you already do getting dark Konoha. You have to look at the skills they should give hints hoe to unlock them and also you can buy them. it is honestly very confusing because this is translation and the explanation in general is kind of ass. sorry if cant be much help. been a while but i do know you shouldn't learn any of these skills till you go dark or you have to relearn them.

So you're saying that you don't see this as Fallen Konoha? If you aren't seeing this then there's a good chance that your game might be bugged. You might have to either restart everything or reinstall the game. Because after becoming a witch, you should see this. The Battle Skills and the H Skills.
I'm still have the pre-fallen menu, so i don't see this skill tree at all. Maybe this is the result of birthing a human prior to becoming fallen?

I have a question. If I bought this game in the DLsite, will I buy a translated and bug-free game, or will I still have the untranslated and bugged problem?

Found this while lurking on Otaku Plan's discord for the steam release. Probably wont amount to anything but its something to look out for.

It's already confirmed to be uncensored. At least all the otaku plan games I've played have a uncensored patch. Awhile ago the developer said and correct me if I'm wrong it's been a bit that the translation has been done it was steams pickyness about Konoha's appearance and loli stuff in general which is making it take so long.

When it first came to steam all of the character art was removed and said it didn't have english support but if you look at the steam page now it's been restored to normal I guess they worked something out. I would have to go back through the ci-en post on Black Panda's page to find it but if memory serves me Konoha's young appearance as well as some text were the reasons and had to be removed basically making them have to make major changes to the game before release. If you want to check yourself Black Panda's ci-en page has some posts about it you'll have to look at some old posts but they are ordered so it shouldn't be to hard to find.

If you talking about the quest I think you are the codes are 6749 and 5647. I believe you need a party member with a Investigation 2 skill but I haven't done the quest in while hope it helps. Also on page 3 of this thread someone linked a walkthrough it's not perfect and in Japanese but it's something.

Thanks. I'll try those numbers. I've been trying to level up the slime lolimon to get dive level 3. So I can dive under the water that's in the dungeon.
