This has already been answered on page 67... but that's okay. I'll answer it again here without any problems.

If you lost your magical girl powers, then you have two options:
- Option 1: If you have the item that gives you back your magical powers, then just use it (this item is a reward given by a hiden quest, for more info just see this message).

The first meet you'll have with him will be in the underground of the first city. The guy will be arguing with another guy and you will have to help him. After you help him there, Donoan will appear in different places in the other cities: in Oasis, Golden City, Divine Tree Village and Lewd Demon Village. The last encounter will be on the way to Blood Moon Castle through a well located south of Dungeon's Agito (or in other words, Dongu's hideout).

• create a backup of your www/data and www/img/menus/main/commands folder
• to prevent esc from crashing overwrite the www/img/menus/main/commands folder with commands.rar.
• and then overwrite the data folder with the translated one
