Have 300 lust/karma. Get raped or have sex with a human. Have human child. Lose powers. Get raped by demon. Have demon child. I usually went to the Sarian Ruins, East on the map. Thats the simply explanation.
Easy way to build up Karma is to constantly steal from the shops. You can build lust by masturbating when you sleep. Spend maybe 30- 60 mins grinding that in the first town.
I dont get what you mean. You need 300 Karma and 300 lust. Just fuck people and steal shit. You need to lose your magical girl powers by having a human child. When you reach 300 karma/lust, go lose on purpose against the Demon in the Sarian ruins, which is somewhere East on the map. It'll have a heart or something on it. Keep losing against it till you get pregnant. Choose to have the demon kid. And you will have some cutscene basically telling you, you can have awesome powers.

Actually, you don't really need to lose your powers for that.
I got Evil Witch Konoha without losing powers. What I did was this:
1. Accumulate a minimum of 300 Karma and deprave (you accumulate them by doing bad things, like stealing, picking prison cell locks or city chests, or even killing NPCs, although I don't recommend it because once they're dead they don't reappear, and sometimes some of them are needed for some quests). And just in case 500 lewd, I think it was 400 but to be sure 500, this one is easy to increase, just do sexual acts like tempting NPCs, having sex, going to the brothel...

2. Once you have at least 300 Karma and deprave, now it's time to give birth to a baby demon. For this a lot is said about facing the boss of the Sarian Ruins, but it's certainly a bit inefficient in my opinion, because when you defeat it and it turns out that Konoha (despite everything) didn't manage to get pregnant... you have to re-enter the ruins and go back to the boss.
However, I did it faster by going to the Gate of Ten Thousand Demons. There all the monsters you encounter are demons, and mostly the lewd demons appear. I just let the demons impregnate Konoha several times and then went to sleep in the guild house (which can be accessed quickly from the teleporter itself). So several times until Konoha is impregnated by a demon.
3. Finally with 300 Karma and 300 deprave (and 500 lewd) and konoha pregnant with a demon, don't make konoha abort, wait until she gives birth. After 3 days she will give birth to a demon and, during the process, a voice will speak to Konoha giving her the option to become a demon. By accepting she becomes an Evil Witch. And that's it, you have the evil version of Konoha.

Oh yeah, I forgot about the Deprave stat. I just went by what I remembered.
how to get omega stone guide says u need ruddering but wheer do u get that , and also need to find the last key of sealing for the evil route
