I'm using winter gear

(I realize I need to take a dildo in my expeditions, my lust keeps on going up)

Use Thermal Disruptor if you picked it and empowered it, it can melt through most armor/hp bars with ease.
Thermal Disruptor also ignites but ignition status effect just debuffs armor atm, even though it's supposed to deal damage over time as well. Devs haven't fixed this for years now...

Also my personal opinion about this status effect: Since enemies always try to extinguish themselves when they're set on fire they should also skip turn when they do this, it doesn't make sense that they can attack you and try and put out the fire at the same time.

It's a Techie's skill, i understant that your class is a Techie?
If so then you have it, and if you don't then you picked something else, in which case use Overclock and Paralyzing Shock.
And you probably also don't have the goo armor, the arguably best armor in the game which you can pick up on Tarkus.
If you talk to a certain white pooch, surely you'll find it.

Thermal sometimes gets resisted sure, very rarely, but more often than not it can absolutely destroy ass.
One of the best Techie's skills in my opinion. So yeah, give it a shot, you won't regret it.

Hm, your stats could use polishing. You should have maxed out INT and AIM from the start, the rest is easy to train.

Yes and like i said INT and AIM you max them out, and train the rest through npc's and places like Ten Ton gym on New Texas.

Btw here's my combat example that showcases thermal disruptor in action:



See how he wasted his turn putting out the fire?
That's a turn he didn't do damage, which means that if my shield was not full i would regenerate it.
Which is what the evasion is also for, aside from evading damage.

What gun you using? (should I restart then since the stat spread is bad?) I've been going to the dragon in the gym to get physical up, are there places to get reflexes, int and will up? (Also is sleeping at the ship and your 2 day sleeping test cool down your only option in sleeping?) (Dragon girl just left and I didn't read the wall of text why)

You can obtain that on Uveto btw, if you complete Korgi hold with a score of 50 or higher.
I prefer pistols because of their crit rate.

This is how i prioritize my gear:
1. Shield.
2. Evasion.
3. Crit.

Focus on getting defensive gear that has the most shields and evasion, and on weapons that grant the most crit and evasion.
Also up2you if you want to restart, restarting in this game is not a big deal in my opinion. But you can also find ways to train your stats, like in Mhen'ga you can meet certain android who can help train your int if you play games with him.

That quest will eventually get you access to the sentient goo armor i am talking about.
What you are looking for is this:

You must be registered to see the links

Keep that wiki page somewhere you can access it easily, it will help you upgrade this armor.
This armor has a shit-ton of possible upgrades because.
Oh and i guess i should mention that there are certain upgrades that aren't mentioned on the wiki page, such as the crystal upgrade you can obtain on Myrellion from the Nyrea Queen's Ganrael pet that carries her eggs.

And as for the upgrade you get on Uveto, it can get a bit buggy there so before doing that return the goo armor to its default state.
Make sure to check if you got shields on the armor after defeating Janeria.

And an extra note: Once you teach your goo armor to expose your fun bits, you should instruct her to do so.
This will convert your goo armor's armor points into evasion points.
This however will switch the armor into 'fully exposed' mode and streaking won't be tolerated on Tavros station which is why you should also get wings which can be used to wrap around you nullifying this problem, and on top of that giving you the ability to fly which can be used in combat to avoid certain attacks.

Like here for example, this is the benefit of having wings and using the ability to fly in combat:

Though you can also fly with the jetpack too and disregard getting wings, but then you won't be able to wrap wings around yourself and this gets rather annoying when you need to go to Tavros station.
