... How?! Considering how much money this game makes them why in the fuck would they decided to lower the amount of main game content?!
If it was filler shit, like no longer developing some of the planets that're mostly there just for fetish supplies and/or specific companions, then sure I'd understand it, but why would they suddenly be cutting development on the actual story content? That's usually the most important focus for a game that's pulling the kinds of funds this one is

Who, Fen? Since when? The last post from Fen was April 30th, and he said he was going to start working on some Dhaal content.

Edit: Oh, he stepped back from some of his responsibilities back in september, so basically nothing's changed in the last six months. I didn't even notice he was gone, which may or may not speak volumes about how much he actually contributed.

Yeah, I found it. That's not recent, though, that was over six months ago. I haven't found any posts talking about having less planets though, so I'm not sure where that's coming from.

I didn't say it was recent? It was last year.

The major cutting of content, that's all on the Discord.

Ah, gotcha. Interesting. Thank you for the source, I stay far away from that cesspool of a discord so I would never have seen it. I would never have expected this, they've been milking the hell out of tits for so long that I honestly never expected them to voluntarily cut down the amount of planned content. I'm curious as to whether they'll wrap up the main quest and then continue milking the game for years purely off of side content or if they'll start a new project. Or maybe all the focus will get shifted over to coc2 entirely.

Coc2 is supposed to be done in three year, so probably the first one.

I'm fine with TiTs just being a permanent fixture for new random space porn.

Yeah, doesn't take much to add a room to an existing social space with some NPCs in it. As for enemies, Dhaal in particular is a fucking nightmare to fish for particular enemies in, so I hope they figure that out before they clog the pipes more. Then again, CoC and CoC2 have the same issue. (Should we tell them that the ”hunt *name*” action for MUDs is an old but perfectly workable concept? Shit, the CoC guys got halfway there)

Ngl, I have not been around for a long ass while, kinda hit a massive slump for a while and lost interest the game like, one or two updates before they dropped the .apk launcher and launched the java rewrite
Just recently got back into the swing of things so I'm a fair bit behind still, that's a pretty big surprise to hear on my end of things at least.

Shame, and still a bit odd imo to sacrifice main content regardless with how much revenue the game draws in, but also not too crazy an occurecne I suppose considering how long the developments been in the first place anyways

It's more that they don't have a choice, I think.

The guy who writes all the main story content can't anymore, simply put. They could replace one of the team, but not the guy who came up with the entire thing, front to back.

Not to mention that they aren't actually scrapping anything material - they only plan up to the next planet anyway, so there's nothing to scrap.

I'm actually okay with one more main planet + side stuff. Just played up to Dhaal and the length is okay even with dhaal being in the early stages. It feels like a space adventure.

There needs to be some more stuff with the cousin – maybe an optional quest if you're doing something with them so the end won't be as abrupt. Also wouldn't say no to a couple of Uveto-like side planets down the line and more side quests on the old planets to really get some meat on the bones.

Ah, yeah that explains it better, I was working off the idea they at least had a basic outline for all the planets for the other writers to work off of, if Fen only operated on a planet at a time planning process it makes sense they'd cut it off where it was last up to then

there isnt really any xenomorph like species yet. most of the species in this game are basically anything you would see at a furry con. and xenomorphs arent common at furry cons. still a great game even though I have also been out of the loop for awhile. and if you use the save editor dont bother updating to the latest version as the latest is from october of last year. and the game file is no longer the same.

The closest thing we can get to that is the strange egg, just remove the tentacles and replace it with a facehugger.
Except the facehugger is what you find in porn sites when you search for interesting titles.

Oh, that's a shame. I remember seeing a spider-like creature in there, so I thought there was a chance. Oh well.

I don't know anything about this save editor you're talking about, can I just download the latest on the OP then?
