If you tried using it before you looked up the treatment in your codex, the game prevents you from taking it (to avoid surprising you with the amount of Transformations it packs.) You also have to make sure your character's femininity score is low and you only have a penis if you're banking on getting the Bull transformation. To clarify, the treatment has several different "outcomes" and which one you get depends on your character's genitalia and how feminine they are.

The transformation itself takes like a week in game time to complete so it isn't exactly fast. Changes occur every few hours.

Yeah, that's not working for me for whatever reason. After the first bathouse scene on Myrillion she just refuses to show up anymore, I spent like two in-game weeks wandering around Kressia. Does she only show up on certain tiles or something?

Have you tried going back to bar in Tarkus to check if she's there? Thw wiki seemed to hint that she's supposed to show up at the bar where you first meet her. Otherwise, you could try the save editor/

Worst case scenario is that you'll have to start fresh. I've never met the npc personally, so I'm sorry to say I can't help any more than this. Hopefully its not a bug though.

Treatment kinda sucks unless its the Amazon branch (keepingtheagendaisourtoppriority.jpeg) and iirc you are considered a cow-boy/cow-girl.

You will need to have become lovers with Verusha in my case. Persist, advance your relationship with her until you reach a point where she will make the descision to move to Tarkus. There, after going on several dates, meeting her at the bar drunk, then a timer where you can go on a date with her to determine whether or not you love her (receive an email for this first). Then it should be possible for the bath house event to happen. This happens when your roaming on the Red Side of Myrellion.

Use cat-nip or nepeta, you can find em on Tavros for first one and Myrellion for second one.

Great a new scene that seems it can only happen before you do the dhaal dungeon/quest years after said quest is done just so once again you need to have a very specific save or redo the whole game.

Yeah, this just too much to ignore to give a pass. And I am usually benign to the updates. This one though I gotta sayis just not cool.

I hope there is an update or hotfix that will change this. Otherwise this means I will have to save edit a whole mess of flags that is related to these sequences, and I am not interested in starting over.

I can´t get that save editor to work. It doesn´t recognize my save files. (I can´t upload them.)
