I also want to say even as a gay man this game has possibly way to many characters with dicks.
Futas are the big thing now, apparently. Seems like easily 2/3rds of this game's sexual content and COC2 are nothing but futas, and even going on rule34 type sites you seem to see at least half of it as futa stuff as well. I just want cute girls and hot guys, not this sexual equivalent of the annoying OC who can do everything!

I want more actually distinct females and males where we have the choice of turning them into futas/herms/cboys (or heck even make them full on transition to the opposite gender if we so desire) on our own terms.

Dunno why these games have so many entitled whiners playing them. (It's not a real question it's because the "futa" tag has always been more polarizing than say loli or rape for some unfathomable reason.)
Also the content is almost exclusively community written, so contrary to 90% of others games you'll find, you can actually do something about it.
What they should complain about is how abysmally slow and directionless the progress has been and how worse it's getting as years go by.

it would be awesome if adjatha would learn how to do art at some point. still seems to make no effort sticking to the character description and always just ends up with super over-proportioned characters that all look like hyper bimbos even when they're not supposed to be

I think the problem is that how they feel the most satured imo, I don't like futas/herms but I don't necessarily hate them as it's just not my thing, a lot of the chracters that I do like are herms (Frostwyrm, Mirrin, Verusha, Haley, the list goes on for a bit)
They are the ones that feel that get added the most so it feels tad tiring and boring to see new content be "dommy mommy futa that only fucks you in the bun" rather than something new.
Mirrin come to mind, she can become pregnant but her appearance doesn't change (granted because she is a fucking behemoth of a person) but she almost the only muscled character.
Verusha was planned to become preggers but nothing was ever added sadly.
They do. I'm sure you could go a single page back and see complaints about the pace.

That hasn't been true for years. It was almost exclusively community written and then for any number of reasons it stopped being that way. From a never ending sea of submissions to the point that submissions had to be shut down to the rather anemic contributions.
Whenever this topic gets brought up somebody usually goes and pulls up the list to explain how overwhelmingly the majority of the characters are female. I'd usually do that but... It'd be pretty disingenuous for me to do that now. For starters it'd require me to be willfully dense on what could potentially cause somebody a bit of ire in regards to this topic.
If somebody said that for a long time futa content has been most of what's been added to the game, they'd be right.

I lost my count halfway into tallying scenes, but just trust me when I say it's nearly 4 to 1 for Futa.
In conclusion
Phaedra is more of the same. 4(?) Futa, 2 male, 1 female
Futa content for the past year (and more then that but I'm not willing to waste that much of my time) has eclipsed all other content in the game.

Adjatha always drew characters bigger and thicker but they still had proportions that weren't visually instantly boner killing (some of the time)

and had the ability to do more modest (for Adjatha) designs as well.

In all seriousness clearly there's still an audience. You don't read (that) much Adjatha bemoaning these days. Or maybe you do? I haven't really been keeping up with game or community lately.
Things like the Milodan Bruiser and Numue and pretty much anything recently just aren't for me.
