The final content made by William is admittedly my least favorite thing in the game which is the space battles...no final Bianca or Roo update and not even closure for the terminator bunny. I would say what a joke but there's no punch line.

Knowing how petty they are, I would not be surprised at all if they picked this work to taint his "send off" and muddy people's memory of him.

You will rarely some other writer pick up someone else content. They are just so many reasons against it.
1. Writers have their own projects already, which they would have to drop or delay.
2. It can be difficult writing a character you didn´t envision or plan.
3. You now have to live up to the expectations and standards of the previous writer.
4. Fans can still be disapointed if they feel like the content doesn´t feel like how they envisioned it.

Fenoxo has control issues, William basically wanted his own planet in FENOXO'S game. William's ideas were very big and would require a lot of resources. Fenoxo is cheap and doesn't hire anymore than the bare minimum amount of people. Fenoxo has ego issues. William was one of if not the most popular and liked writer. They wore William down through all of their bullshit until he just quit.

The chances were slim that even half of the stuff would have gotten in the game with William writing it. The chances of someone else doing it is basically zero.

Can you think of any games that do it really well? I can't even really think of any. I know there's corruption shit and the like where you capture the rival and fuck them into submission or something, or maybe if you're lucky you get to be nice when you capture them instead of dominating them and have them fall in love with you somehow, but are there any where it happens on relatively even terms?

Try this tread as i can't think of any game that might be it, also JSK studio the one that contain mostly with Demon King/Queen X Hero.

Yes a writer can
No there isn't a rule or agreement against it (at least for William since he retired TiTS, wouldn't recommend trying that with the unsociable Savin)

After talking with and viewing the replies of him, Adjatha, and Savin, the vibe was definitely that Will's brain wrote checks that his time couldn't cash. A lot of the Leila art you can find was commissioned by Will for the game and Fen made it a little unambiguous that it was using the Project's CG budget despite the character being nowhere near completion (alleged by Savin)

Absolutely mind boggling they push this out even as it's own update, clock in another in 2 weeks probably. Not even a loss scene, the scene is bugged and it's a 1time trigger I swear. Get it once and I don't see it again in 10mins of doing hunts after the 1st time. The "fuck you" icing on this cake to me is the emmy cg they slid in there for a character they released in what, year 2 and haven't so much as acknowledged since then.

It'll pain you to know that, at least to my possibly wrong and very archaic knowledge, this Amazon Reaha update was originally part of the treatment route you were going to be able to put Reaha on.

This, again, to my very old, possibly wrong knowledge, was never completed and then subsequently retconned into the abyss early on as they made the treatment a significantly less dark (???) item than was originally designed.

It left Reaha in limbo for an obscenely long time and then made it so that to see the new Reaha content you had to go and complete an arduous list of things to then do a rather dismal quest for what I personally view as a rather disappointing reward.

Grain of salt because this was a long time ago, but it sounds right in my head as to what happened. If anyone else remembers such events differently, then feel free to correct as such.

I wouldn't be 100% against it, if done right I think it could work, like booting her of your ship well your on New Texas could cause it, though it be difficult for her to rejoin potentially though, OR maybe if you wait to long to buy her contract maybe someone else buys it and MAYBE there from NT or a family member and she could get treated that way could also work.
Still though amazon is fine she do not need to get dick though please XD

IIRC the attuned basically grants kineticists extra kinetic damage when striking with them.
I do know the attuned is much more common. Only like one or two weapons has the Empowered tag.

That's your cue to know that it's all bullshit. Savin is a known toxic snake that hates and constantly slights anyone and everyone who isn't licking his asshole.
People have already shared info about how Savin intentionally torpedoes people's efforts, and how he (in league with his bootlickers) already bullied several writers away from CoC2 and TiTS.
This post from Alterism is a pretty good starter point to learning about the shit Savin has been doing over the years.
