MC had a late failure of the vasectomy, where the body regrows the tubes that get snipped. It's rare, but it happens (around a 1 in 2000 chance).

Ok I'm not 100% sure but I don't think cannabis is what that Tag was ment to represent.
I think it refers more to drugs such as Roofie's and Sleeping Pills used for have none consensual sex act's.
I know theres alot Weed is accused of but I don't really think thats one of them?.

Cannabis only has a very fleeting mention in the game anyway. Maybe a dozen or so lines of text and a few scenes. It hardly defines the game, or anything significant in it. Not worthy of a tag IMO.
