when i'm playing this i can't see the characters dialogue. is there some button to toggle the dialogue to appear. I just see the pics without the text.

I had the same issue.

Here is the solution that worked:

Just open the pause menu by pressing Esc, then unpause the game by pressing the Esc. Enjoy !
