Ah hahaha, found out the download has malware that only affects Android. Trying to clean the fucker out now.
That was the version I got from anonfiles. The one I dloaded on my pc from Mega scanned clean with S&D and Malwarebytes, and hasn't raised any issues.

Despite I've downloaded all versions it seems like the game is still stuck at the beginning, music can be heard but none of the keys are responding. I didn't recieve any sorts of virus errors from my antivirus software. Other versions were working perfectly Idk what's causing this problem.
Whoa, that's pretty bad, dude. Okay, first of all, did you try both the TrueFacials.exe and the bin.exe files? did they both have this same result?
If they did, the last thing I know you can do is get into the "ntleas" folder, run the ntleasWin application, click the "..." button in the new window, then select the bin.exe from there. Save and Run, and see if it works. If it doesn't, then, well, I dunno what's wrong with what you've got, sorry.

seemingly stupid question, but are your drivers and directx up to date?
I know it sounds odd, but it happened me long ago the same thing with other games actually starting than getting stuck in the menu because I was missing some components.
It's worth a try and does not harm anything.
Have the same problem that him and try both method and nope nothing, even reinstalle multiple time the game

Nope still, with multiple try i cannot achieve the holy game, just still frezze but i can still music and i both try bin.exe/TrueFacial.exe and even change my language of my pc and region, i dont know what im doing wrong and does any of y'all can explain how im suppose to correctly set up my NTLEAS cause i do launch with it but if the problem is right there i dont know

Do you have something running in the background interfering with the game? Not just anti-virus but overlay programs such as RivaTuner can sometimes cause problems. Also try updating graphics driver and do a clean installation(reset driver settings) you may be using an old version or a setting you changed may be causing problems for this game. That's all that come to my mind.

Another real possibility is that at the moment of extraction your AV blocks or removes a game component w/o notifying, try to check the av log.
I don't feel like suggesting it, but you could try to install disabling the AV. I remember NTLEAS being often recognized as a false positive years ago. (Avast and Norton if I well remember... not sure)

Thanks for all of your advices guys, I've found a solution but you won't believe its odd nature. I've tried all of your methods but none of them worked, just as I was about to give up I've decided to extract the zip file to my desktop, then *poof* the game started working correctly. I have no idea how did that work, probably my file path names had non english characters. Anyone having the same issue might wanna give it a try
