To get to the menu that switches girls and other things just put your mouse in the bottom right corner of the screen and then click the girl you want after the list pops up if that isn't working not sure whats wrong.

Did you download from Patreon? That looks like the demo version you should be seeing 18 girls and 2 males in the full version with download links from page 124.

Anyone else getting stutters when moving around..mostly?

Yeah im seeing some stuttering in movement of animations sometimes but seems to be one character or the other not both and not fps stuttering.

Just a headsup, the mediafire link seems to be triggering Windows Defender regarding a trojan "Win32/Uwamson.A!ml". I don't know if the other links are producing similar results, but with a little digging, that's a pretty nasty trojan too. Can anyone else confirm?

The download from the pixeldrain link gave me a Trojan and it infected my other versions of True Facials. The name of it was Program:Win32/Uwasson.A!ml.

Check to see if it got into your previous versions. It got into mine.

Better Pose and Navigation Management (it's still chaos to setup more complex ones and arrange them in 3D Space total chaos)
Candy Wrapping fix overall better Skinning (Linear blend doesn't cut it these days anymore really)
Heavy improvement of overall Animation Performance (Blendshape Performance is a disaster)
Lighting Setup System
Blendshape/Bone Control System
Higher Mesh resolution (lods are way overoptimized)
Belly Bulge
