Personally, I don't like futa, but I've never asked for content I disliked in a game or other media to be removed. The game didn't have futa before, so I expect it to make it optional later on, I'll pick up on the game at that time.

You dont need TrueFacials.exe at all, you dont even have to unpack it, delete it and run bin.exe by ntleas, that way no files are flagged by any av.
