Is there a hotkey to make everyone cum? Or can only one (the selected) character cum at a time?

as of 0.52a, no there isnt a key to make a character cum (not sure if there was one before 0.4b)
how do you install the mods? Also, I don't see any of the new characters in the main game, are the in the mods?
you download game and mods rar, you extract game folder where ever you want it to be, you open mod rar and put mod folder in game folder, you open game and now you got all characters.

Is the game so complex that you didn't realize that you can change the characters? maybe you need drawing (in crayon of course) to understand?

well,, thats mod, not made by the devs... yes they look way better.. but its just a game fan doing them, the devs have not gone with super high res textures yet.. their normal versions dont look as crisp or alive, you also should say who posts them, rev in this case...
