I'm flattered, but really nothing special...
You need the Free Mode HG mod, than pose the chars as precisely as you can.
Than turn one of them into a dildo, if you are lucky it will stay in place, otherwise it will start spinning around but most of the times it's sufficient to RClick on the dick to set it in place*
*(if not you have to move the char taking him from his body almost invisible so max zoom is necessary as it will bend like a normal char and go ragdoll if taken in the wrong spot... tricky).
Now make her grab the human dildo as up as possible but below the balls (or she will grab the body and start spinning the arm).
Than let him start pushing (100% male or 90/10) and adjust the motion to avoid clipping and wonky movements and have the desired dynamics. [if she start a handjob, stop it.. it's below the normal male motion]
Finally give her an animation from the mod, and adjust the male speed accordingly.
-optional-
Save and reload the setup**, it will self adjust (or screw up completely).
**(when you reload you also have to re-apply the mod motion to her)
You are ready to go.
For making a vid, it's better to set the dialogues to Never and the fps to 30 or 60, than start/stop the recording timing with the "moans" (approx every 15 secs.), with some luck you'll make a loop.
With some exercise you can also move the camera manually (adsw + mouse) but I think it can also be controlled making a .lua setup.
Seems long, but it really takes 10 minutes top.

Characters, maps, some scripts and thats it! Besides that, the most common mods youll see here are scenes created by other people

That's not true.
Characters and maps are added by developer.
Scenes/poses are simply saved presets that are similar to koikatsu character cards.
None of those are mods, they are simply base "game" features.
The only true mods this "game" have are some guy's lua script and another guy's texture edits.

The characters themselves are not mods, since they are added by the creators of the game. The devs just call them like that and then you add them separately to the game (possibly to avoid copyright issues), same goes for the maps. The only "real" mods for this game are texture improvements and the LUA scripting stuff, done by great modders such as HeartGrenade.

Installation: put the contents of the archive in the root of the game. You may need to update Dotnet, but that's not for sure, I have the latest one.
I really didn't want to switch to this version of the game, but the controls in it are much more convenient, more than two characters in a scene, etc. I even liked it, although there is still a lot to work on in the game for the developer
