It would be understandable if it was just a game of bukkake.Once the developer has introduced the sucking mode... it need to bring it touma,tears,breath,bubbles,gag,cough,discontent. This demo is decent, maybe the author will add more characters like Triss, Yennefer (hopefully no more overwatch bs )

Not really in the 3D space. The creator cites Super Deepthroat as his inspiration so that would probably be the most similar.

Not with this level of interactivity.
The only similar ones where you can't directly control the chara, but you can set up a scene with the motions you want, and with enough mods to have almost all the characters u want are HS from illusion and the old TK 17* (*provided you can get the latest graphic upgrades).

I agree with what others have said, it's a middle ground between super deepthroat and tk17. Super deepthroat is 2d and limited but allows users to mod in characters. Tk17 is a much more expansive version of this with lots of user generated content and mods. Takes awhile to learn but you can create a lot of cool stuff with it.
