As far as I remember, she's not someone MC knows. He's just browsing photos of random hot chicks online, and that's one of them. I don't want to say it's impossible for any of those characters to show up in the game ever, but the story doesn't seem to be going in a direction that would add any of them

I'm with what seems to be the running majority opinion- I don't mind Lesbian sex in harem games, either in 3somes or alone. It seems that MOST of the objections to ANY lesbian content are of the "my girls and I don't share them even with each other" line, rather than a moral anti-lesbian position in itself.
