I have to be honest here that's not something that'll be added. Maybe the very last version. But currently no. It wouldn't match the story itself (again closest one to relationship changes is the incest mode on and off, and that will add story scenes that'll be different from one another further down the road).

In terms of setting names. I think that it'll stay the way it is. I think having characters with distinct names and arcs is what makes Truecalling Truecalling
