Seeking Trying to satisfy my darker kinks...Suggestions?

I have a very, VERY, broad list of kinks and so far my browsing has covered most of them. There are a few specific fetishes that I can't seem to satisfy. Warning; I'm quite depraved, so be prepared.

First one is guro, now I know guro is not very specific, so let me narrow it down. Erotic Cannibalism, Necrophilia, and Sexual Mutilation. The problem here is for all my depravity, I absolutely cannot stand scat, it is turn off, and actually makes me retch. There is another catch, and this one will be static in all my requests. I'm no sadist, if anything I'm on the masochistic side (thanks MGQ). Anyway ahegao is key here, I get off on woman enjoying things that shouldn't be enjoyed by anyone, dolcett style. For example, if the female protag in Dustmania Grotesque actually enjoyed the things that were being done to her, the VN would have been perfect. Oh and if it is a reverse rape/yandere situation, that's fine too, as I said I'm a masochist.

Next one is a bit complicated. Thanks to MGQ and similar games, I'm a huge fan of monster girls, also thanks to games like Hara Para and Hara Kano, I'm really big into impregnation/pregnancy. What I want is something that crosses these two genres. More specific I'm looking for unusual and alien reproductive cycles, though I'm doubting this exists outside of text based stories. Most important is I want pregnant monster girls, the pregnancy proceeding in a complex and unique manner is a bonus, but entirely optional. Oh and when I say monster girl, having only wings, a tail, and some cute furry ears does not make a monster girl. My favorite are Lamia and Arachne, if that gives any ideas. (ps. I have played Princess X)

Lastly I'm looking for body modification, and I mean dramatic transformations. Alteration of the caliber I'm seeking I have so far only found in Armored Knight Iris, those of you that have played it an explored all the routes know what I mean. I would certainly be even more ecstatic if the modifications were even more extreme than that.

Any of these that have games, I would be really grateful for the help in locating them. In the meantime I just gotta wait till Mangagamer finishes it's translation of Maggot Baits and hope that it is guro enough for me.

I must admit it's interesting to see a post of mine come back to life after two years. A couple things I want to say;

First, I appreciate all the new suggestions, though most new releases with the tag Graphic Violence do not fly past my radar as I am watching the tag and I check in daily. That said LonaRPG definitely ticks a lot of boxes from what I've seen. I don't play games anymore until they are either abandoned or completed but I have it on watch. Hopefully the scat scenes are avoidable.

Second to all those who don't recognize the abbreviation MGQ is short for Monster Girl Quest, a pretty old series of games that still to this day set the bar for the monstergirl genre. They are some of the best games I've ever played despite being a puzzle game masquerading as a turn based rpg.

And Finally I have a recommendation to leave here. Extreme body modification, Monster Girls, and while it isn't guro in the traditional sense it's level of bizarre and debased could warrant some to put the tag on it. Desideratum: Blood Bonds or if you don't mind photo manipulation, anything by The Anax. I'm a huge fan of his works and most who share my fetishes will likely be as well.

hey Xymma, well thanks for creating the thread in the first place. my apologies for my absence, but ironically, the same day I posted to this, i was (coughing) "encouraged" to take a break from this place for a bit, got pissed off, n didn't return until recently. n I even have this page bookmarked as my starting point whenever I visit this site.

I'm surprised to hear that LonaRPG floats your boat, considering the antiquated art style. unfortunately I've passed up on way too many games where, despite having several 'unique' tags I look for, the graphic style is just too old, or in other cases, the 2D japanese-style games.

I'm all about the 3DCG graphics n art style, n it's hard-as-hell to find the right combo of these interests w/the DAZ or RenPy models. so here I am again, trying in vein to see if there's a rare gem out there that I haven't run across yet...here's hoping, n thanks to those who did post some suggestions on here.

For me the art style matters little. I have to have some, and not generic art (Looking at you Jack O' Nine Tails) but otherwise the art style doesn't matter much. These niche fetishes are so rarely done, I really can't afford to be picky. The best I've found to tick my 'personal fetishes are Transylvania which is a mostly text based game and still pretty early in development, but the Noir art style, and the fetishes put on display thus far are quite nice (There are quite a few images in case you were wondering, it's far from text only). Lust from Beyond which blends hot and steamy with Lovecraftian Eldritch Horror, it's also a full game, about as close to AAA title as you can expect from a game with this much sex (That said it is a horror game at it's core not a porn game, so bear that in mind if you give it a play). Most dominately, however, anything by The Anax, while not gorey in the traditional sense, very little blood and true death, he specializes in both physical and mental corruption. Bodies and minds twisted and contorted by some ancient diety, otherworldly spirit, alien overlord, or machine god, until what remains can no longer be defined as human. His older stuff is photo manipulation but his more recent works are all 3D art. His taste in creature design can be outlandish at times, but don't let that dissuade you as he has something for almost anyone into the darker side of depravity.

Unfortunately I have yet to find anything Dolcett, but two sets of eyes are better than one, so I'll keep my eyes peeled for one, and if you get one before me I hope you'll let me know.

Since this is back, I have two kinda underground, maybe not that easy to get a hold of anymore, but easy to find footage of, ryona games:

Demonophobia - schoolgirl tries to summon demons and ends up in Hell. Crude graphics and no sound, but disturbing atmosphere. Gory, and little sexual content. Also pretty difficult.

Another Dimension - dumb blonde goes through a rift and ends up in a hell dimension, or something. Similar concept to the last one, but 3D and has sound. More sexual bad ends, but also gory ones.

Neither of them have the MC enjoying themselves, suffice to say.

apparently the 2nd one is a 2D side-scroller, not 3D...but does have awesome sounds, n the heroine is pretty f'n sexy for a sprite (just searched "porn game another dimension", n saw several links to vids ppl have posted). n i've seen Demonophobia before, but like you said, not enough h-scenes, n it's 2D.

now of course i've stumbled across the games by The Anax, n a few look good, n made my short list. still though, no really good 3DCG gore, like skewered, gutted, hell, i'd even settle for tentacles that go all the way through...REALLY need that torture/snuff 3D VN porn game (gotta be out there somewhere, no?)
