Writing is amusing. I actually laughed at some points, which I don't often do. There are no pictures of any kind, it is all text (why Renpy). As a joke(?) or perhaps just didn't bother to really examine the Renpy engine you can play with a joystick...

Played this a while ago, will look into this version, and see if there is anything changed so far. It sounds interesting, but for me it was not so good at all.
You and your BFF (haha) and your GF, your sister and the school-slut (somehow) will have to pair up to search the mansion. The first decision "who goes with whom" will define how the sexual relationships will go.
First thing: Gender change is something I always dislike (playing as girl, okay) so to stay in character (which means I want to be a man again, and no I don't want to suck every dick now, because I suddenly was transformed into a girl) will trigger the NTR-path. Because if YOU won't take the dick, someone other has to do it...which will be in most places your GF/sister/slut.
Second: The scenes are written nicely, the story okay, my biggest problem is the way they let the characters get corrupted. You will get yourself/GF/sister/slut getting bombofied in the first rooms, and from then on, every time you will see some sexual outcome, which is sometimes interesting, most times somehow unlogical...
Third: The ends I have seen didn't gave me some pleasant feelings, but at least this game is finished, and has endings.

Yeah, it's completed. I also agree that it is strange to have a text based Ren'py game
I think this is an ingenious way to use Renpy to make a text based game. Using Twine , you always need to use your mouse to scroll down and make choices which can be a pain and also the fonts in Twine are usually small so it is harder to read, in here I only have to press Enter mostly. Nice work.
Ren'py is a little overpowered for this, but I think it's easier to use than Twine, anyway. The basic target for Ren'py is a kinetic novel with pics and videos. Ignore the logic and data features and drop the visuals and it's a very simple platform with room to grow.
Twine, otoh, is very difficult to grow and produces very ugly code. Take a look at the Degrees of Lewdity codebase for an example.

Well, if the game is choice based like this one, then Ren'py make sense to create a Choose Your Own Adventure like book.
Using a VN engine is still far better than a text blob with plenty of 'for choice XXX go to page 666'.

Was pretty great until the complete breaking of the ingame fourth wall. After that it was just weird and off-putting.
