Otakuplus.
I dunno why Tsukinomizu keeps juggling the translators like this (each TL so far had a different team), but I guess Kagura never approached them again and Tsukinomizu aren't being proactive about it.
Well some devs were never happy on the time kagura takes to localize a game, or the localization choices for some names , terms etc. (seen that being mentioned in some of the devs ci-ens).
Theres also the matter of companies localizing the more "risky" focused type of games.( Which certain localization companies rarely do if you look at their entire catalogue).
Theres also the "did the game i gave that localization company sell well?" question as well, meaning if the dev isnt happy with the sales amount then thats that.
Tsukinomizu as far as i know only haz 2 official translations right now (not counting the succubus trap island upcoming one) , "into the nightmare" (nightmare girls) and the one by dlsite "Forget-Me-Not Gemini Fort" (english quality being debatable).
Thought unfortunally good translation companiesfor rpgmaker h games are very limited right now, you have kagura , otakuplan (theyare slowly getting better) and shiravune (can sometimes be very hit or miss).
Everyone else like 072, hanabigames, the actual "official dlsite english translations" , end up being very bad mtls, broken, with actual removed content even with a r18 patch or all 3 of those at the same time.
Take "Rebecca and the Sword of Nasty Curse" by 072 as a example, where there are actually missing some bestiality scenes from the "official ""english"" release that never got restored. (plus its even more MTL than google translate and actually crashes at some points in the game).
