Sometimes that just happens (Sakura's route needs you to talk to her after missions to progress them for example, and will repeat if you don't do that), and sometimes it means you've hit the end of the content. The changelog on the first page says where each women's content ends and starts repeating.
I really like this developers style, this looks like it could be a real gem.

What do you mean by talk? I sent her on the mission, she c9me by at night, and then nothing. I did both the chat and discuss techniques options.
After the "missions" Sakura has to come back to you to talk about what happened before you get the next update I think? You eventually get the option to "Go on mission" and that's what triggers it.

I’m not familiar with this author, but after a quick look at their Patreon, I don’t see any reason to even bookmark this "game".
Meantime they're diving in creating content with ai tools, and they're developing many games simultaneously...
It’s not like I’ve never come across an author who "works" on several projects at the same time - I usually just pass by. But this time I stopped for a minute just because I’m a fan of the Naruto universe and the art is good. And here, well, maybe we’ll get a couple of scenes (of questionable quality) after few years, but definitely not a game with even minimally decent gameplay.
Well, what a waste of good art, that’s probably all I wanted to say. Sad
