Open the file with WinRAR or whatever software you use to unzip. Options -> Change the name encoding until the filename become the correct character, then unzip.

No, it actually because they weren't using unicode for the filename stored in archive file (most modern archiving softwares will use it, but I'm not surprised some people thought "older is always better").
Can anyone make a torrent of these the dls from anything but mega are super slow, and I already reached the mega cap

If only I knew this solution sooner. That their was a option within Winrar to solve the broken filenames for korean and Japanese creators. Thank you guys for point that tip out. Now I don't have to guess what the name was originally intended to be.
