Dude, the name literally tells you what it is, and even the first page of the thread gives you a sample in the preview images.
And the patch isn't complicated to apply; just copy and paste and hit replace.
no uncompressed ver, since I'm not sure if the compressed ver fixed the black squares, on tip of having improved gameplay speeds.
