Tried the new demo. Gameplay is more of the same from what I can tell, but it's whole new character and there will be new enemies/art, so that's nice. There was one change that I noticed, in that random enemy ambushes no longer instantly grab you, but instead just smack you, but maybe it's not implemented yet. Although, searching a zombie can still have it grab you. And maybe it's just been a while, but it also seemed even easier. Regular enemies on the first floor basically can't do anything, and the first floor boss by itself and was a pushover.

I get a drop to about 25 fps in some sections, which is a bit annoying. I tried replacing the game’s version with a new NW.js version, and it seems to be worse. The game takes longer to load at the start screen compared to before, and it seems to experience more frequent fps drops. Is there any way to fix this ?
yeah i got the pass for endless nightmare after beating the big robot on station passage and iv beat every boss more than once but the ceo level is still locked so i might av to drop it if i cant progress ill keep it installed just in case anyone knows whats wrongJust so we are on the same page, Gatekeeper is the robot / mecha boss on the Station Passage, right? There is one dungeon after that, the CEO Office Area, the boss of which is Belphet, and which concludes the story.
I do not really remember exactly, but maybe you have to beat the Gatekeeper twice, like some of the other bosses, to advance to the Office Area. I could have sworn, however, that the Endless Nightmare gets opened only after beating Belphet (it did in my case, but maybe you can find the Access Card on the Subway level, too), so I am a bit confused there ...
Is there any better way to get Apples?? I'm currently still on the story at the CEO Office stage

Spam stage 2, bring lots of water, then take every side path you can. You can find a plant and if you give it water it gives you an apple in return.
So actually a much better method is to farm CEO area final boss, he drops 1 apple & 3 stat fruits each defeat!
The plant on stage 2 that you water will sometimes attack you instead of giving you an apple also.
Is this game drm if you buy it off Dlsite?
i can only assume that it shouldn't have a drm from dev, i never bought from dlsite, but some folks said dlsite doesn't authorize any drm other than theirs (theirs should be safe/not problematic since they've been running the site for a while) if they put any, and since u r buying the game i highly doubt u would run into any problem.
if some1 has the 1,08 ver english of the game, please kindly share, that would be much appreciated, i stopped playing coz the enemy became too easy in the end-game of this version, some ppl recommended lowering protag's stats with cheat tools but that won't cut it, i like to test the limit and play legitimately as the game meant to be played, i want to see how far i could dive into the endless nightmare stage.
