also in rpgm games real value if remember correctly is value*2+1

The nurses in Stage 3 or 4 have a 50% to use a dildo or being futa (IF you enable futa in the setting)

From what I can tell you need to craft the Eve potion or whatever, when you use it she'll give birth.
