Just played for 30 min and i already have to say that the balance is really questionable. With the sword i need 3-4 attacks to kill an enemy. And after equiping an axe im literally one shotting most of them. The pace is very bad as well. For example: The "victory" screen takes way too long and is unskipable.

And are there more sexual techniqures than spank in the demo?

You’re right about the balance: we are working on it (in the next update, hopefully). A skip for the victory screen is also planned.

As for sexual techniques, only spanking is in the demo, but there will be more in the full game.

By Elite battle do you mean the first boss fight? How does the icon look? And just to confirm, you’re running TwiwoodTalesDemo.exe?


There’s a chance your antivirus is interfering with the .exe and in some cases that can cause crashes or even BSODs. You might try grabbing the demo from Steam or Itch and running it there, or temporarily disabling your antivirus to test. This happens because the build isn’t code-signed (signing certificates are unfortunately very pricey).


If none of that helps, please PM me your specs (OS, RAM, GPU, antivirus, game version) and I’ll take a closer look.

It'd be interesting to see if some of these could be used by our main character in Twiwood
maybe we could have a charisma stat to aid in seduction techniques in order to somehow control the enemies, persuade them to attack their team mates or give us items

The experience with Patreon lately been poor for both subscribers and authors of even remotely adult content.
Some people were forced to move away from Pathreon in the last year or so.
Just a suggestion, cause with enough recognition you will be, most likely, forced out anyway, just saying mate.

did you modify your save that enemies and yourself have 0 hp?

I cheated up my stats because taking several minutes to kill the disgusting mimic model was making me want to shut off the game (not sure why you wouldn't make the mimic hot in a porn game?) and I noticed that enemies scale with your level - though I can't confirm if that's by design or a result of using cheat engine for the star dust or whatever it's called to powerlevel my dude.

Let me just say, if it's by design, please learn from Bethesda's mistakes and don't make enemies get stronger as you do.

If the player has taken the time to grind out their stats and/or money for a good weapon, you should be able to breeze through the early stages. This is game design 101 at this point for every game that isn't world of warcraft.

On a more positive note - love the concept and the gameplay, though not being able to left click through transitions is a little annoying (like the victory screen for instance).

Thanks a lot for pointing out the sound issue, you’re absolutely right. With all the focus on design and dev work, it’s easy to overlook something so basic, but it’s essential. We’ll add proper volume control in an upcoming update.


And thanks as well for the tip about Patreon. I’ve seen the same concerns floating around, so it makes sense to set up a backup option like SubscribeStar. We’ll work on getting that online soon and, when done, update the thread.

Yeah, the scaling is already in rework, you’re not the only one who flagged it, and I agree it’s not working as intended. Thanks for pointing it out.

The victory screen (and a few other transitions) will get a skip option in the next update. Were there any other spots you felt really needed one?
