I've checked everything, and the quest is working. I've spent more than half an hour on this, I don't understand what your problem is. You can add poison the moment you find the tea and then return it to Marina, she suggests you make it.

sorry for wasting your time and thank you for the help, i just redid everything and it turned out i messed the Claire quest before as i didn't add the poison so i couldn't do it anymore, also, what does the soul key do?
