according to both discord and his patreon, he's continuing work on v0.03, seems to be adding a lot of stuff in it, still no word on when it'll be ready but he says "the moment is near".

honestly idk why there's so much hate for the guy. other games have taken months to update, what he's done so far is interesting and worth waiting for imo. plus he seems to be working on it, he posts screens on both patreon and discord so i don't think it'll be abandoned. all the clowning around on both the dev and people who believe in him is really uncalled for.

I think he is rocking this shit.
And if he has achieved, lets say v0.05.74, or maybe v0.06.31, i pay him a coffee, or something. Cookie. Maybe.

I think without a doubt everything depends on each Dev and their history, how they handle their content and how much work they have done, without a doubt having the same game for 5 years and only having a few hours of content does not generate much confidence, like Seeds of Chaos it has been around for 8 years and still has not left the first act of 3 while others in 3 years or less have made constant and quality content.

Still, this game is too great not to give it even a chance.

Because these types of devs are shit at planning, it's called conceptualization. You plan everything out FIRST. 90% of AVN and RPGM devs get a small idea and try to build an entire game around it, then wing it as they go. That's not how it works.
Storyboarding, rough mechanic implementation (barely working, but enough to gauge the flow of gameplay loops), art style tuning, etc. Then what happens is, the 'devs' realize how hard it really is and quit partway through.
Y'all got no one to blame but yourselves for this behavior, because you're the enablers.

You're not wrong but it's not like most porn games need to be planned out 100% because it's just porn in the end. Lots of games add regular updates with new content just fine over years, the quality of content may vary but there is always something new. the difference to games like Two Sides is that these devs try to have a regular release schedule and the content if their update is fixed to something they can manage.

The Two Sides developer is just one guy and he seems to be really bad at planning out his updates mostly because the whole cast of the game and larger and larger so he needs more and more scenes for everyone and every choice which in the end won't add to much playtime anyway. According to his last announcement there will be a choice to spend the day at the pool or the beach (basically the Lindsey vs. Anny choice). But why does this have to be a choice at all? Why not flesh out the pool scene, release that update and then flesh out the beach scene and release this update as well? What will all these scenes accomplish in the end when the transformation wasn't even introduced yet? I don't know, hopefully the devs does.

Since i'm here until his first try... Greneo has a vision of a game. as a developer he is the artist and decides what to do. If you don't like it, spare it or atleast don't pay for it. (that what i'm doing for now)

Why are we so concerned? We acompany him since several years and never saw a really good or playable game. It sticks with the great game idea. (that's, why i'm still here) Greneo lost trust. He reworked over and over again... with just little content.. but for the content we are here in the end. It's a pity for the great premise.. but i never lost hope in him. Maybe there will be a butterfly in the end. just be patient. But, to be honest, better not invest any money in the process.

But there is another side to the coin: if you don’t support the author, then he has less incentive. Unless he is passionate about his project, of course) Unfortunately, there are many unscrupulous developers who drag things out and then give up. At the same time, they ask for support)

Well, from how i understood the announcement, the update is only the first part of the third day's content anyways?

And that is still the "intro", while the free roam / sandbox mode only starts after that.

Also keeping in mind that the game has very little content without the "bonus code"
