Whatever you do just DO NOT let your passion for the project die, do whatever it takes to make creating for the game fun rather than a chore.
You shouldn't take that as a negative at all. Just know that reaction comes from disappointment because people want to play it.
Just realize some people don't react to disappointment well.

I look at it favorably. I like to see that my game is in demand, it's satisfactory. I feel sad about myself for not being able to keep deadlines.
Simply add 10-14 days to your calculations and if you deliver the update sooner, be sure anybody will complain
Can you send the download file if it is version 0.2.1
Unfortunately I'm not a Patreon, we'll have to wait for someone to send it here or wait until the day it goes public
Maybe the thread will only be updated when version 3 comes out, as this version only changes some of the events from day 1

Chrome will even warn you the site is fake if you try to access it.

If any update is leaked, or the author publishes anything, then a moderator needs to be notified and the thread will be updated.
Even if it is just a hotfix for a minor bug.

It is a good lesson for everyone to learn to check if the domain being linked to is the one you expect. In this case, the domain is 'news-patreon.com', while all the links on the page refer to 'news.patreon.com' instead. That should make alarm bells ring for anyone.
