Dunno about Filen, but Gofile isn't dmca resistant at all.
Some others DMCA resistant ones are bunkr and cyberdrop. Pixeldrain used to be one, but a short while back the guy hosting it had enough of the DMCA spam and changed the content policy to be not just against DMCA content, but porn in general. Even if you're the artist yourself, if someone reports porn you host on there it'll be deleted.

Never used Filen for OPs, but all links in the threads are still up, gonna stress-test it out
