idk i just downloaded the folder as it is and reuploaded it here. probably tyviana removed the textures on purpose. alot of animators do this. to fix it, just download the specific model used in the blend file and it will have the needed textures.
to reimport them in the blend file directly, just go to File>external data>find missing files, and choose the textures folder of the model used in the animation.
