I was kind of on the fence about MC being aged up. It just seemed like a bit of a cop out though it would make everything easier, but to bring back Mom... gotta save Mom. Though it is irritating with sex dolls treating him like a son/grandson/baby all the time. The only one who should have that excuse is Aisha, and that's because she's an uptight bitch.

He will change, that's the character arc.

In my imagination, I was thinking they would find another ship with her in cryo, maybe a little older, with a new sister for MC. The sister could be a half-sister Mom had with a new man after she got over MC disappearing, or a full sister she accidentally has with MC's dad while grieving the loss of their son.
