Hello, I was wondering whether if this was a cause for concern. I always scan files just as precaution as advised- however for this game I did not find anything during my initial scan/and or after launching the game. I originally downloaded this game a few months, played it, nothing ever popped up. Today I wake up and see this- please be advised I have not launched the game for months.

All in Bepinex catalogue which you must have made yourself since it's not a default stuff. I don't know what kind of plugins you used for Bepinex here but check them first (it could be a messy job of one of the users). I don't see anything for the game itself in your screens.
At best, it is a false alarm that just finds memory messing plugins to be suspicious...which is normal and common sense.
At worst, if it is something new, you are a victim of early stage of ransomware attack trying to use Bepinex folder (could be something quite recent you've downloaded and it only hijacks the location since you haven't used it for a long time).
Thank you for the response, I did a full scan, I believe some plugins via VAM may have somehow linked to this other game folder, not sure how or why -although I'm not sure if they were harmless or not , I did not hesitate to delete remove them. I appreciate the insight , currently unsure as to whether they were truly harmless as most if not all , I obtained from official sources but I'll look more into it in a bit. If you have any other tips or advice I'd appreciate it lol

It's in the game configuration, press Q+E on keyboard, or Left bumper + Right bumper on gamepad. Go to cheats menu in the config, type in or pick from menu up to three cheats, save and reset to apply.

Disregard the last advice, I somehow got confused about what game I was looking at.
I don't know how to unlock in-game cheats for this game, but there are two .ini files in the base directory you can edit to do various things. You can unlock all the levels by editing "chapter.ini" in the base game directory, change the 0 to 1 in "All_chapters_open,0" save and restart game to unlock all chapters. You can edit "cheats.ini" in a similar way to mark all stages complete or fully upgrade all enhancement skills.
This game is lousily done. I haven't seen worse attack animations, hitbox calculation and damage dealing (both enemies and playable chars) in a long long while. Giving monster childbirth all the time with game interruptions sure annoys as well. Secondary char is stupid, and ironically a comment about it in en manual is the only thing which is translated well.
Karasu tengu boss at stage 11 is plain fucked up, even on easy, it just keeps spamming melee attacks in close range and starts stomping the whole stage like an enraged diesel train when you try long distance. Given how jumps hardly ever allow avoiding damage and in general block and dash are useless due to longass attack animation, along with impossibility to interrupt enemy attack, all of it makes for the opposite of pleasant gaming experience.
Don't recommend, 0/10

tl;dr; completely harmless DLLs, there is no code in any of them and they do never load and serve readonly purpose
Its been a month, but if you're still wondering
interop folder contains hollow code generated by analysing metadata of the game. It cannot actually be run (I mean... Maybe technically it can... Since it compiles, but there's nothing to run 'cause there's no code, only method signatures), funny that your AV didn't like it, probably some machine learning stuff started to dislike hollow methods patterns

Not hard just excessively grindy, seems to be encouragement to fill out the gallery since it doesn't fully unlock unless you see all events in game because by the time you have enough upgrades to beat the final boss you are gonna be too strong to get any scenes in levels 1-5.
Things were going alright, until all of a sudden something broke.
Now everyone one-shots, even the regular human dudes.

But in a weird way, it might make it a bit easier to get scenes you miss
late reply but if it's an image that's censored, you probably can't uncensor it w/o altering the image directly.
if it's like the other stuff where a separate file just adds a mosaic, different story
So I think what happened was that the costume upgrades suddenly stopped applying, because upgrading it again solved the issue.
Managed to get the money to do so using the prostitution option at the hotsprings.
Yea, but some have it uncensored because the people that did the demosaic had files completely uncensored and had shared them for a time. That link is no longer available and I didn't want or know how to message, for example, Kumarin for the files, didn't want to bother him. Hell, he might not even have them anymore.
It would be great if someone made them available or even better, put them in the first page
