The master mode is broken, the dev is working on the other mode, and after a while they will merge them or something, until then Master mode will be buggy af.

The check mark (or X mark) is bugged. Sometimes it is says finished when it is not and the opposite.
Anyway, for this one make sure of the following:

• Facial hair - Body hair removed
• Make up. All three applied. Eyes, blush, and and lipstick (even if you don't want all three, you need ALL of them applied)
• Finger nails and toe nails. I always forget the toe nails. Also make sure to get the slightly longer nails for fingers, the short one is bugged. Edit: it is called ballerina medium.

You can highlight the exclamation mark for details.
Anyway, you will know you got it when a checkmark next to the objective (in this case feminization) appears in the next day along with notification and XP.
If you are sure you have all of the above and you waited for next day and still nothing then it is just bugged.
I have had bugs with some progress items but never with the feminization out of 12 sissies I made.
