Start a brand new character and contact a master.

Currently, characters with any anal training cannot be captured.

So when managing my sissies the relationship just goes down continually no matter what I do, what are you actually supposed to do improve it?
Also does the HRT and penis withering + breast formation actually result in a visual change or is just a stat number? Have one sissy at 0% test and almost 100% estrogen with 36% breast formation but he still basically looks identical. Same with the glute/leg development, does it actually change the model after some treshold or something?

As far as I recall breast formation will only become visible at 100% and grow to anything between A-Cup to C-Cup after that.
The Penil degenartion will only be visible once you make them use cock cages, it just reduces the ammount of pain they feel dureing training I gues.
The models do display a changeing physics to a femenine body complexion... though it's slow enough to only become noticeable towards it's end.
