Unfortunately, right now, the game has more serious issues than this. It will take time if ever gets to this.

I get that they may go for a realistic feel but some of it look like failed surgery especially the back view the but doesn't look attractive at all

...So Is this still only Sissy mode or was some of the stuff added to master?
The Changelog isn't quiet clear as I assume most of these things could work for both playstyles
