Every time I've had them do hardcore lower body workouts, there's been some notable jiggle. Is that what you're looking for, or do you wish there was a way to get a little more?

Nah there's plenty of thicc femboys/sissies out there. There are options to directly edit their body with cosmetic surgery which I think can impact weight but its really pricey. Maybe an option to control diet for weight gain or loss would work

I don't have a fascist icon; it's a black hole with an eye in the centre.
Not strictly speaking a modern thing. There were Jewish Nazi sympathizers during the holocaust, and there were black white supremacists during Jim Crow era, and similar uncle toms in the slavery era. I won't attempt to understand why they do it. You can see that it's a widespread behavior in every election everywhere that people of every identity opt for self-persecution on a frankly huge scale though.
I don't think all fascists want sissies(or any minority) not to exist - I think a lot of them would rather these groups existed as an acceptable way to exercise their supremacy through violence, and this game might be just the thing for someone like that.
