Yeah the dev said they are adding what they call sissy mode back in next update which is basically what you're talking about.

For a new release this games impressive. I'd even say why limit yourself to just sissy stuff, this has the potential to be a great management sim. Scratches just the itch I was looking for. The arts not that bad but will be a lot better once more options have been added.

I don't like that the game has limited save slots with no way to delete saves.
It is a bit buggy but tolerable as a lot of games on this site have been in development for 6+ years and are in worse states.

to give them orders (in the sissy menu) you first have to win the dice game and make them agree to go to the dungen short term. the schedule is the mc schedule otherwise
